01The problem

Creative teams lose significant time on manual setup — turning a written brief into correctly named, organized, and formatted working files before any actual design work can start. It's repetitive, error-prone, and happens at the start of every single project.

02What we built

An automation tool that reads a creative brief and generates the corresponding file structure and starter assets automatically, using AI to interpret brief content and map it to the correct output format. It was built as the first phase of a larger internal design-automation system.

Outcome

Cuts manual file-setup time significantly for every new creative project, letting designers move directly into the actual work.
